Home Care in Exeter

Do you need help to remain living independently in Exeter?

Here at TrustedCare, we understand that the prospect of moving into a nursing home can be a daunting thought which is why home care can be the perfect alternative solution. Home care can be tailored to your specific needs while allowing you or your loved one to maintain independence and stay in a familiar environment.

On our website, you can view all the profiles of our current home care providers which will have information including: about the service, images, service-user reviews, map, list of care specialisms and the services Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating.  Our Care Advisers will only suggest home care that is registered with the CQC meaning they have been inspected and rated according to how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led the service is according to an Inspector. These ratings are easily available to view on each profile on our website.

If you believe you may be eligible for local authority funding support, please contact them to arrange a Financial Assessment. Home care involves trained Carers visiting you within your own home to help you with your care needs whether that be personal care, medication administration or meal preparation. The time and frequency of visits can be agreed between the prospective client, the home care provider and the clients' family members and adjusted as and when required. To name a few of the care types often supported by home companies: dementia care, respite care, physical disabilities, learning difficulties and end of life care.

We also have a Care Liaison Team who are here to support you further in your search for the perfect home care. They can discuss your care needs in order to find the most suitable providers and even book appointments on your behalf. Our friendly Care Advisers are available 7 days a week via phone, e-mail and live chat to make your hard decision a little easier, so do not hesitate to get in touch.
