Sycamore House Care Home in Hull, East Yorkshire specialises in offering respite, residential, dementia and day care for residents with a range of healthcare requirements. Our exceptional care team is on duty twenty-four hours a day and liaises closely with both family members and healthcare professionals to deliver the highest level of person-centred care.

Sycamore House Care Home is situated in the lovely suburb of Sutton-on-Hull with local shops, transport services and amenities nearby. The home has many bright, spacious areas for residents to socialise with friends and family including a patio and accessible garden areas with outdoor seating.

All residents have private personalisable rooms with their own television and phone points. We have one double room to support couples. The rooms are carefully decorated and requests for personal items of furniture can be accommodated provided they meet health and safety regulations. Small, well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangements with the manager.

Our Activities Coordinator organises a variety of events, outings and entertainment encouraging the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. The social programme includes morning and afternoon groups and one to one activities from crafting to gardening and residents are free to participate as they wish.

Sycamore House Care Home specialises in fresh, seasonal, tasty food offering plenty of choices. We are able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, along with specialist diets. Our Home Chefs source top-quality local produce, prepare all meals on the premises and regularly update the menus to include residents’ preferences and feedback. Snacks and drinks are available throughout the day and evening.

Our weekly costs depend upon the extent of the individual's care requirements which will be determined by a Care Assessment carried out by our Home Manager. Please give us a call to find out about our current availability and whether we are able to accept Local Authority funded residents.
