Berkeley House Care Home

Berkeley House Care Home is just outside of Hull city centre in Bilton Grange, providing residential and dementia care. Our experienced care team put the residents at the heart of every decision made at the home. Berkeley House promotes independence and all residents have a personalised care plan so they receive the right level of support to lead a life of their choosing.

We’re very lucky to have a dedicated Activities Coordinator, a crucial part of this role is to spend time chatting to our residents to find out about their individual interests. A varied activities programme is then planned around residents interests – we leave it up to the residents as to what they partake in.

Our in-house catering team get to quickly know what the residents likes and dislikes are! Good nutrition is key to staying healthy, we also believe that the odd treat is good for the soul! All types of dietary requirements such as cholesterol, food intolerance and difficulty swallowing can be catered for.

All residents have their own rooms which they can retreat to whenever they like. We also have a number of quiet lounges as we know that not everybody wants to be social all of the time! In the summer time many of our residents enjoy sitting out in our secure, landscaped gardens.
