We specialise in providing compassionate nursing and residential dementia care for individuals aged 65 and older. Our dedicated and skilled staff are prepared to support a wide range of care needs, including those associated with strokes, diabetes, hearing loss, heart disease, frailty, vision impairment, and incontinence. Whether you're seeking long-term support or short-term respite care, we are wholeheartedly committed to assisting you and your family with warmth and understanding.

As you step inside our inviting care home, you will discover 52 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each equipped with en-suite facilities, a call bell, Wi-Fi, a TV point, and comfortable furniture. We warmly encourage residents to personalise their space by bringing cherished belongings from home, ensuring that the transition to our care home is as seamless and comforting as possible.

At Hodge Hill Grange, we provide a variety of spacious communal areas where residents can unwind, enjoy delicious meals, and engage in stimulating activities. With three lounges, three dining rooms, and a relaxing hair salon, our residents can truly feel at home. They particularly enjoy our stunningly landscaped gardens, with some even taking an active role in maintaining the garden and flowerbeds! Additionally, we prioritise accessibility, as all areas of our home are wheelchair friendly.

Our passionate Wellbeing Coordinator crafts a vibrant schedule of activities tailored to our residents’ interests. From gardening and baking delightful treats to exploring arts and crafts or gathering for board games, there's always something exciting happening! We take great pride in fostering strong connections with our local community, regularly organising events that enhance a sense of togetherness and celebration.

At Hodge Hill Grange, our talented culinary team prepares fresh, wholesome meals using locally sourced ingredients. Residents have the flexibility to dine in communal areas or in the comfort of their own rooms, with three nutritious meals a day, along with a delightful mid-morning snack and afternoon tea. We invite our residents to participate in menu planning and are dedicated to accommodating all dietary needs and preferences.
