The home itself is spread over three floors, completely rebuilt on the site of the old care home and reopened in March 2018. Heartlands Care Home remains one of Birmingham’s best, using high-quality equipment and a positive atmosphere to help all residents enjoy their stay with us. At Heartlands Care & Nursing Home, we are driven by our goal of creating a luxurious yet homely environment, embedded in the local community and centred around residents' needs and goals.

With 66 en-suite bedrooms, numerous lounges and beautiful décor, Heartlands offers a calm and peaceful space to relax. The home has created a luxurious, welcoming environment for visitors and residents who can enjoy such facilities as a hair salon, a tea room, a shop and village square and cinema room.
