Aran Court Care Home

Aran Court Care Home is a purpose-built residential home for the elderly in the Tile Cross area of Birmingham to the east of the centre. We cater for those who need residential, dementia and nursing care, as well as shorter term respite care, and which is delivered by our experienced team of nurses and care assistants who are on call 24 hours a day to ensure that residents’ needs are constantly being met. Our aim is to make sure that everyone in our care is happy and comfortable and retains as much dignity and independence as is possible.

We understand that those who need nursing and dementia care require extra support and attention. Our bedrooms are all single en-suite rooms and fully furnished with en-suite showers and electric profiling beds that have pressure-reducing mattresses. Residents can have as many of their personal things around them as will fit in, we find that new residents settle quickly at our care home.

We are innovative in our approach to dementia care and are confident in our use of technology in this area. With iPads we can access websites that deal with past events and customs that act as triggers to the memory and as talking points.

Our bright and spacious lounges and dining areas are as welcoming and as social spaces as we can make them. We encourage residents to take part in regular activities, such as armchair keep fit and ball games, and to venture out on trips if they feel able. On the other hand, they can spend time in their own rooms, and eat there as well if preferred.

Aran Court Care Home is a residential care home with carers on hand to support residents 24/7 with their care needs. The weekly cost of care at Aran Court Care Home is dependant on the individual care requirements of an individual. We may be able to accept residents who receive funding support from their local council but this will be under the Home Manager's discretion. We are able to support a wide range of care needs & types including dementia care, short-term respite care and end of life care. To enquire about our up to date availability, please give us a call.
