Falcon House Care Home

Falcon House Care Home support residents who have residential, dementia, Nursing dementia, respite or end of life care. Exceptional care is provided by our team of fully trained carers who are always prepared to go the extra mile for our residents. We like to think that there is a family-like feel at Falcon House.

We encourage our residents to make the most of our comfortable communal rooms at Falcon House. We have a variety of day rooms, dining rooms and lounges which are perfect for reading, watching TV and listening to music. Each resident has a single bedroom with en-suite facilities that they are welcome to personalise to their liking.

Outside the home, you will find beautifully maintained gardens with seating areas and multiple bird tables. When weather permits, many of our residents enjoy sitting outside whilst observing the wildlife. We also have a courtyard with a water feature located at the centre of the building.

Our activities coordinator organises exciting activities tailored to our residents’ hobbies and interests. Activities that regularly make an appearance on our activities calendar include arts and crafts, quizzes and live entertainment.

We have good connections with the local churches, and many of our residents visit coffee mornings and special events hosted at the local Parish Church which is just across the road from the home (we enjoy bell ringing practice on Wednesday evenings!). We also host a monthly church service at the home run by the local evangelical church.
