Sheraton Court is a thoughtfully designed care home located on the outskirts of historic Harlepool. We specialise in providing residential and residential dementia care for individuals aged 65 and older. Our skilled staff are equipped to support a variety of care needs, including those related to strokes, diabetes, hearing loss, heart disease, frailty, vision impairment, and incontinence. Whether you require convalescent care, ongoing support, or short-term respite care, we are dedicated to assisting you and your family.

The core of Sheraton Court features 80 elegantly decorated en-suite bedrooms carefully designed to enhance the comfort of our residents. Each bedroom is tastefully appointed and includes essential amenities such as a call bell for immediate support, a TV point for entertainment, and Wi-Fi access to keep residents connected with family and friends. We encourage our residents to personalise their space by bringing beloved items to create a comforting "home away from home" atmosphere.

At Sheraton Court, we provide a range of tastefully designed communal spaces, including a choice of cosy sitting areas, spacious and bright dining rooms, a hair salon where residents can indulge in pampering, and a quiet room for relaxation. Our residents enjoy spending time with family and friends in our beautifully landscaped gardens and patio, with some even participating in gardening and flowerbed maintenance. Furthermore, all areas of the care home are fully wheelchair accessible.

Our Wellbeing Coordinators organise meetings for the Social Committee and ensure that the weekly events calendar includes clubs, discussions, and performances by local talent, such as dancers, magicians, and singers. Residents can participate in gardening, baking, singing, quizzes, and arts and crafts.

Mealtimes are an essential part of the day at Sheraton Court; our talented culinary team prepares three nutritious meals daily, a mid-morning snack, and afternoon tea. Where possible, we use locally sourced fresh seasonal ingredients to prepare the meals. We love celebrating special occasions at Sheraton Court, such as birthdays, and our Chefs will always impress with delicious spreads and cakes!
