Primrose House Nursing Home

Primrose House is a purpose-built care home located in the picturesque village of Haslington in Crewe. We specialise in providing long-term residential and dementia care for individuals aged 65 and older. Our skilled staff support a variety of care needs, including those related to hearing loss, vision impairment, and incontinence.

Our welcoming care home features 42 tastefully decorated bedrooms, each equipped with en-suite facilities, a call bell, Wi-Fi, a TV point, and furniture. We encourage residents at Primrose House to bring some of their personal belongings and small furnishings from home to help them settle into their new surroundings.

At Primrose House, we offer a variety of spacious communal areas where residents can relax, enjoy meals, and engage in activities. These areas include inviting lounges, spacious dining rooms, and a hair salon. Our residents especially enjoy spending time in our gardens and patio, with some even taking part in maintaining the garden and flowerbeds. Additionally, all areas of the care home are wheelchair accessible.

Our activities program, orchestrated by our dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator, is vibrant and full of life. We rotate a diverse range of activities, including stimulating quizzes, delightful baking sessions, and therapeutic gardening. We often invite local community groups, talented performers, and enthusiastic volunteers to enrich the lives of our residents through shared experiences and companionship.

At Primrose House, our culinary team prepares fresh meals using locally sourced ingredients. Residents can choose to dine in communal areas or in their rooms. Three meals, a mid-morning snack, and afternoon tea are provided daily. We encourage resident involvement in menu planning and accommodate all dietary needs and preferences.
