The Elms Care Home

The Elms Care Home located in the Coppenhall area, around 1 mile from Crewe town centre, provides a safe and supportive environment for residents. The purpose-built home is staffed by an outstanding team that promotes a family-like atmosphere. At The Elms, we fully support our team with personal development and knowledge, with staff working towards diplomas in care and participating in training courses.

All residents are treated with dignity and respect at The Elms and we encourage them to have a say in how the home is run through regular resident meetings.

At The Elms, we have a dining area, several comfortable lounges of varying sizes, an activities room and a conservatory. One of the lounges is fitted with a hearing loop to improve sound reception and aid those with hearing difficulties. Outdoors, we have a beautifully landscaped garden with seating for our residents to enjoy when the Great British seasons permit!

The Elms enjoy a busy social calendar. Activities are arranged by the home's activities coordinator with the involvement of residents and are planned to match their interests. Activities currently taking place within the home include manicure and foot care, pub trips, daily one-to-one time with residents, bingo, quizzes, ball games, outings, entertainers for special occasions, party nights for residents who want to celebrate events with their families and friends and garden parties in the Summer.
