We are thrilled to offer our Specialist Dementia Care Community (SDCC), dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for individuals facing emotional challenges due to dementia, ensuring their welfare and overall well-being are our top priority.

At Meadow Bank, we believe in creating a nurturing and warm environment. Our beautifully decorated bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring en-suite facilities, call bells, Wi-Fi, TV points, and lovely furnishings. Some of our ground-floor bedrooms even provide direct access to our stunning gardens, allowing residents to immerse themselves in nature!

We pride ourselves on our welcoming communal spaces, thoughtfully designed to promote relaxation and foster social connections. Our spacious lounges, inviting dining rooms, engaging activities room, and lovely hair salon are perfect for gathering and enjoying one another's company. Additionally, our beautiful landscaped garden offers tranquil outdoor spaces to embrace the natural beauty and fresh air.

Meadow Bank thrives with activity, thanks to our dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator, who organises a variety of engaging events. From gardening and baking to arts and crafts and board games, there’s always something fun happening! Our strong community ties help us host regular events that promote togetherness and connections.

At Meadow Bank, our culinary team prepares fresh meals using locally sourced ingredients. Residents can choose to dine in communal areas or in their rooms, with three meals provided daily, along with a mid-morning snack and afternoon tea. We encourage resident involvement in menu planning and accommodate all dietary needs and preferences.
