Jasmine Court Care Home in Chorley provides support to residents who require residential, dementia, respite or palliative care in a safe environment. Our lovely purpose-built care home is idyllically located beside the canal and close to local shops and amenities.

Our Jasmine Court home is spacious and modern, with 62 en-suite bedrooms across 3 floors. Residents at Jasmine Court are encouraged to make use of our various lounges and dining spaces. We are also fortunate to have landscaped gardens and terrace areas which are enjoyed particularly in the warmer months. Other facilities at the home include a salon, activity area and a cafe where afternoon tea is regularly enjoyed by residents.

We have a spectacularly caring team at Jasmine Court; our staff are passionate about what they do and are always going the extra mile for our residents. They often arrange activities inside and outside of the home with the local community for the residents.

Prior to becoming a resident at Jasmine Court, our Management Team will have met the future resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
