We are delighted to be the loving home to 41 residents requiring residential dementia care at Lawnfield House in Willesden. We have the latest safety and security design features that our residents can live life to the full with peace of mind.
All of our residents have their own bedroom at Lawnfield House which they are encouraged to make their own. All rooms come equipped with electric profiling beds and furnishings. Should a new resident wish to bring their own items of furniture then providing they pass health and safety regulations we will do our best to accommodate this.
Many of our residents with dementia particularly enjoy our reminisce sessions and our staff love hearing about the varied lives of each of our residents. Family members are encouraged to come and join in with our dementia-friendly activities.
Music therapy and personalised care plans provide residents with every chance to express themselves and be cared for in the way that suits them best. Our Home Manager works closely with residents and their relatives to ensure that we understand their evolving needs and preferences.
