Haywood Lodge

Haywood Lodge in Studley provides residential and residential dementia care for elderly residents aged 65 and over. Our dedicated team of Care Assistants offers round-the-clock support, supervised by our experienced Management Team.

Each resident has a luxurious bedroom that they are encouraged to personalise. All rooms are equipped with high-quality electric profiling beds, flat-screen smart TVs, telephone points, mini-fridges, and furnishings. If a new resident wishes to bring their own furniture, we will do our best to accommodate this, provided it meets health and safety regulations.

At Haywood Lodge, we offer a variety of spacious communal areas where residents can relax, enjoy meals, and participate in activities. These areas include lounges, a dining room, a hair salon, a cinema room, and botanical garden rooms. Our residents enjoy spending time in our beautifully landscaped gardens and patio, with some even taking an active role in maintaining the garden and flowerbeds. Additionally, all areas of the care home are wheelchair accessible.

Before a prospective resident is admitted, our Management Team conducts a Care Needs Assessment. This initial meeting allows the Care Home Manager to create a comprehensive Care Plan and arrange for any special equipment needed prior to the resident’s move-in.

We encourage our residents to participate in the daily activities program at Haywood Lodge. Activities are tailored to our residents' interests and designed to offer new experiences. If you've enjoyed cooking or gardening throughout your life, we see no reason for that to change, and our care staff will be available to support you. We also organise regular trips to places of interest outside the home, as well as community events within the facility for family, friends, and neighbours.
