The Lawns Residential Care Home

The Lawns Residential Care Home based in Alvechurch supports up to 40 residents with residential care, dementia care and respite care. The home is set within beautiful grounds and is located just a few minutes away from Junction 2 and the M42. Our ethos is to provide a person-centred approach to our care and our residents are at the heart of everything that we do.

At The Lawns, we are one big family. Our staff share mealtimes, coffee breaks and general social activities with our residents creating an ethos where we live and work as one. All of our staff members are trained to a high standard and hold the same values.

Here at The Lawns, we offer a wide and varied daily activities programme which changes to make the most of the Great British seasons! Daily activities are planned for both morning and afternoon which take into account the interests of our residents. We also welcome community groups and schoolchildren into our home so residents can stay connected with their local community.

Before becoming a resident at The Lawns our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
