Welcome to Fleming Court, a modern and welcoming care home located in the heart of Jesmond, just north of Newcastle upon Tyne. Our dedicated team is passionate about providing exceptional support to older adults with various care needs, including residential and dementia care. We are proud to offer both long-term and short-term options, ensuring our services are tailored to meet specific requirements such as those related to strokes, incontinence, frailty, and hearing impairments.

At Fleming Court, we strive to create a nurturing and warm environment for our residents. Our beautifully decorated bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind and come equipped with en-suite facilities, call bells, Wi-Fi, TV points, and lovely furnishings. Some of the ground-floor bedrooms even offer direct access to our stunning gardens, allowing residents to fully engage with nature. We encourage residents to personalise their spaces with cherished belongings and small items from home to help foster a sense of familiarity and comfort.

Fleming Court is a four-story facility that offers a variety of welcoming communal spaces designed to promote relaxation and social interaction. These spaces include spacious lounges, well-equipped dining rooms, a cinema, a bar, and a café. The home also features a hair salon, while outdoor areas such as the landscaped garden and patio provide serene and accessible environments to enjoy fresh air and the beauty of nature.

Our Wellbeing Coordinators organise meetings for the Social Committee and maintain a weekly events calendar featuring clubs, discussions, and local talent performances. Residents can enjoy activities like gardening, baking, singing, quizzes, and arts and crafts. We also host community events, such as coffee mornings, for residents and their families. Additionally, we provide a minibus for day trips to nearby attractions like garden centres, cafes, and parks.

Mealtimes are an essential part of the day at Fleming Court; our talented culinary team prepares three nutritious meals a day, a mid-morning snack, and afternoon tea. Where possible, we use locally sourced fresh seasonal ingredients. We love celebrating special occasions at Fleming Court, such as birthdays, and our Chefs will always impress with delicious spreads and cakes!
