Ellesmere House is a strikingly modern, purpose-built care home located in the heart of Chelsea. The team provides nursing and residential care for older people, including those with physical disabilities or who are living with dementia. The home is arranged into four separate bright and airy suites, each with its own dining room and lounge. Residents are welcome to enjoy the facilities at Ellesmere House including a cinema room, activity room and hair and beauty salon. Outside are two secure sensory gardens with lawns and an area where residents can grow flowers and plants of their own choice.
