St Teresa's Care Home

St Teresa’s Home in Kensington, West London supports elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs. Round the clock care is provided by our team of dedicated Care Assistants, overseen by our experienced Management Team.

Our care home is located in a quiet residential street in the heart of South Kensington within easy reach of local transport services and amenities. St. Teresa’s home has many spacious areas for residents to relax or socialise with friends and relatives including a comfortable communal lounge, bright conservatory and sunny patio with garden heaters.

The bedrooms are ensuite and residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms. Should a new resident wish to bring their own items of furniture then providing they pass health and safety regulations we will do our best to accommodate this. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.

All the residents at St. Teresa’s have their own unique, personalised care plan taking into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

We offer a varied range of social activities to participate in a group and one to one activities of interest to the individual. Residents are encouraged to have maximum choice and control of their lives and some residents take part in hobby groups and activities outside the home.
