Ayresome Court is located on the outskirts of the historic market town of Yarm and is served by excellent road and public transport links.

Our home provides residential and residential nursing care for up to 43 individials with a range of needs including Dementia and Alzhimers care, Palliative Care and short term Respite / day care services. All of the 43 bedrooms at Ayresome Court are inviting and comfortable whilst also benefitting from en suite bathroom facilities.

Each bedroom is well furnished and equipped with TV aerial points; personalisation of the room is encouraged to help create a real home from home surrounding.

Ayresome Court prides itself on its relationships that have been built up with the local community. The home works closely with the local services including Health Centres, Dental Surgeries and pharmacies to ensure high quality care and benefits from having easy access to large wheelchair-­friendly gardens; offering a peaceful and serene environment.

Ayresome Court offers three lounges, a spacious dining room and a large outdoor patio area with direct access from the main lounge; all of which are a light and airy environment to be enjoyed by all residents and visitors to the home.

The home provides a range of activities and entertainment chosen to suit individual needs, these include: visiting entertainers, arts and crafts and therapy sessions. Each activity is designed around keeping fit and active or to simply stimulate. the home receives regular visits from hairdresser, chiropodist and other professional services when required.
