Willowcroft

Willowcroft in Derby is a purpose-built 60 bedroom residential and dementia care home which supports elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs. Whether you would be staying for a short-term respite placement or a permanent one, round the clock care is provided by our team of dedicated loving Care Assistants, overseen by our experienced Management Team.

All the rooms at Willowcroft are fitted with attractive furniture and some ground floor rooms are available with doors leading out on to a private patio. All the residents are encouraged to make their bedroom their own Should a new resident wish to bring their own items of furniture then providing they pass health and safety regulations we will do our best to accommodate this.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the cornerstone of daily life at Willowcroft. We place importance on protecting residents meal-times as good nutrition and hydration are key to staying well. Our daily menu always offers a choice of at least 2 dishes for each meal time and individual dietary requirements are always catered for. Family members of residents are very welcome to ‘book-in’ and join us for a meal.

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Willowcroft. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.
