Whitebeach Care Home

Whitebeach Care Home in St Leonards supports elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs. Whitebeach Care Home is a 15 minute downhill walk to the seafront and has been beautifully refurbished.

We encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at Whitebeach Care Home including our lounges, coffee bar and beautiful sensory garden. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in. All of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and some are perfectly suited to couples, due to their proportions.

At Whitebeach Care Home the key to our care plan is to promote choice and independence within a loving and stimulating environment. Our attitude towards dementia care is always to try to secure a quality of life for each individual resident based on what they are able to achieve on a day-to-day basis. We even have a reminiscing caravan that is used to recreate happy holiday times, BBQ’s and parties.

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Whitebeach Care Home. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our team of highly qualified and experienced staff will be on hand to support you to be able to do and the activities that you enjoy.
