Trembaths nursing home in Letchworth is specially designed to provide care for 51 people with nursing and dementia care needs.
We are located a short distance from the city centre shops, libraries, an art deco cinema, First Garden City Museum, an arts centre and a regular farmers market. We organise regular day trips for our residents so that they can shop, enjoy lunch out and visit local attractions.
Residents living with dementia particularly enjoy reminiscing sessions and our staff love hearing about the interesting lives of each of our residents. Family members are very much encouraged to come and join in with our dementia-friendly activities.
All the residents at Trembaths nursing home have a unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s individual wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
