Torrwood Care Centre, set in the countryside, offers nursing and dementia care for 82 individuals. The home has recently undergone a £130,000 refurbishment to modernise the facilities.
The bedrooms at Torrwood Care Centre all have an en-suite, some with shower facilities too. We also have one room which can accommodate a couple, even if they have different care requirements.
We enjoy daily activities at Torrwood Care Centre and in 2018 we received national recognition for encouraging our resident to take part in regular cheerleading classes, to help improve their mental and physical health. Some of the other activities we organise include gardening, arts & craft and bingo.
