The Vale Care Home

The Vale Care Home in Maidstone, Kent provides respite, residential and specialist dementia care for elderly residents with a range of healthcare requirements. Our excellent care team liaises closely with healthcare professionals and is on hand twenty-four hours a day to provide the highest level of care.

The Vale Care Home is located opposite Mote Park in Maidstone with transport services and local shops nearby. We welcome frequent visits and there is a visitors' parking area on-site so family and friends can easily drop by. The home has many bright, spacious areas for residents to relax or socialise with friends and relatives including a conservatory and a secluded garden with a patio, where residents can enjoy afternoon tea and the changing seasons.

All residents have private rooms and many have their own television and phone points. We also have shared rooms to support couples. We encourage residents to personalise their rooms so they feel fully settled and comfortable. The rooms are tastefully decorated and requests for personal items of furniture can be accommodated provided they meet health and safety regulations. Small, well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangements with the manager.

We organise a range of activities and outings in the home tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. The social programme includes group and one to one activities for both morning and afternoon.

The Vale Care Home specialises in freshly cooked, seasonal, tasty food with plenty of choice and residents can choose where to have their meals. Our Home Chefs prepare all meals for residents on-site and regularly update the menus to tempt even the smallest of appetites. The utmost level of care embracing independence, choice, privacy, dignity and respect is the whole team’s absolute goal.
