The Stratfords Residential Home is conveniently located within walking distance of Stony Stratford and is just a short distance from local shops and public transport. We provide support for residents aged 65 and older, offering high-quality residential care for those with dementia, respite needs, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and sensory impairments.

At The Stratfords, each resident has a unique, personalised care plan that considers not only their care needs but also their individual preferences. These care plans are continually monitored and updated to reflect any changes in care requirements or personal wishes.

We encourage residents to fully utilise shared areas at The Stratfords, including lounges, the dining room, and our beautiful gardens. Residents are also invited to personalise their bedrooms to make them feel more settled and comfortable. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, a phone point, and internet access.

Here at The Stratfords, we offer a diverse daily activities program that changes with the seasons! Activities are planned for both morning and afternoon, taking into account the interests of our residents. We also welcome community groups and schoolchildren to our home, helping residents stay connected to the local community.
