A lovely and luxurious care home in Lytham St Annes, a charming village in Lancashire. The Hamptons is a purpose-built 76 bed ‘new generation’ care facility that has been expertly designed to meet all current CQC requirements and provides the highest standards of safety, comfort and care. The care home offers expert dementia, nursing and residential care.

The care home features a high specification finish and is decorated by an interior designer creating stylish yet comfortable and practical spaces.

The well-appointed bedrooms benefit from en suite wet rooms, while the rest of the home offers a variety of communal lounges, dining rooms and secure landscaped gardens. It also offers a host of hotel-style services including fine dining, a hair salon, nail bar, concierge and a busy and varied programme of activities and events.

In line with our care philosophy at The Hamptons, we have a “Magic” table or “Tovertafel” in the dementia community. There is significant literature on the positive effects on dementia of play. From our observations, the impact of the “Magic Table” is extremely positive for residents living with dementia. Residents and their relatives alike can play freely on the “Magic Table”. In addition, this is a particularly useful opportunity for involving children to experience positive play with their older relatives. New Care is one of a small group of providers who are leading the way in the UK, by purchasing the “Magic” table as part of our overarching strategy to provide opportunities for our residents living with dementia and their relatives to have fun together.
