The Croft

The Croft is a modern purpose-built registered care home in Amersham with specially designed accommodation for up to 64 older people. All rooms are en-suite and can be personalised with people’s own effects to create a real home-from-home environment.

Accommodation is arranged in four self-contained living areas all of which are comfortable and attractively furnished. The Croft provides person-centred care and support to older people and to those living with dementia.

Our team are able to support residents to live as independent a life as any health condition will allow.

Many of our residents with dementia particularly enjoy our reminisce sessions and our staff love getting to hear about the varied lives of each of our residents. Family members are also very much encouraged to come and join in with our dementia-friendly activities.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. The Croft is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
