The home is on one level, and the layout enables residents - even those who are living with dementia - to find their way around independently. Residents’ rooms are spacious, with en-suite facilities, attractive furniture and a 24-hour nurse call system.

Monthly residents' meetings give residents and families the opportunity to feedback and make suggestions about life in the home. Outings have been organised as well as additions to the garden and a new bar area - all at residents' requests.
