Roby Lodge

Roby Lodge is a beautiful care home situated in the popular area of Huyton, on the outskirts of Liverpool. Our dedicated team specialises in supporting older individuals with residential dementia care. We provide both long-term and short-term care. Our specialised services cater to specific needs arising from conditions such as strokes, diabetes, incontinence, hearing impairments, vision impairments, frailty, and heart disease.

Our welcoming care home features 40 tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, a call bell, Wi-Fi, a TV point, and furniture. Some of the bedrooms have patio doors opening directly onto our lovely garden. We encourage residents at Roby Lodge to bring personal belongings and small furnishings from home to help them settle into their new surroundings. We can also accommodate residents with cherished pets by arrangement.

At Roby Lodge, we offer various spacious communal areas where residents can relax, enjoy meals, and participate in activities. These areas include lounges, a dining room, a hair salon, a sunlight therapy room, a kitchenette and a quiet room. Our residents love spending time in our large, beautifully landscaped gardens and patio, with some even participating in maintaining the garden and flowerbeds. Additionally, all areas of the care home are wheelchair accessible.

Our activities program, organised by our dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator, is vibrant and full of life. We offer a variety of engaging activities, including stimulating quizzes, delightful baking sessions, and therapeutic gardening. We frequently invite local community groups, talented performers, and enthusiastic volunteers to enrich the lives of our residents through shared experiences and companionship. Our minibus allows us to take residents on local day trips to attractions, garden centres, and cafés.

At Roby Lodge, our culinary team prepares fresh meals for residents using locally sourced ingredients. Residents can dine in communal areas or in their rooms, with three meals provided daily, plus a mid-morning snack and afternoon tea. We encourage participation in menu planning to cater to personal preferences, and our chefs accommodate all dietary needs and tastes.
