Our home features 57 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, where we deliver exceptional residential and nursing care in a warm, homely environment.

Our compassionate care team prioritises person-centred support for individuals facing diverse healthcare challenges, including dementia, physical disabilities, Parkinson's disease, strokes, and COPD. We’re also proud to offer a daycare service for community members, where they can enjoy homemade meals and engaging activities. Whether for long-term residency or shorter respite stays, we are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing ambience for both older individuals and younger adults.

At Pexton Grange, we are honoured to be recognised as a gold standard framework end-of-life nursing home, specialising in intermediate care and housing a dedicated unit for specialist dementia care.

We warmly invite residents to make the most of our wheelchair-accessible shared spaces, including cosy lounges, a cheerful dining room, and beautiful outdoor areas. Personalising bedrooms is highly encouraged, as we believe it’s vital for each resident to feel completely comfortable and at home.
