The estate comprises the stunning Victorian House, which provides residential care in the main building and nursing care facilities in a dedicated wing; plus the Coach House – offering residential support for those wishing to retain more independence; and Parklands – a bespoke nursing village of 29 one and two-bedroom apartments and bungalows.
The broad range of care types within the estate means that Oaken Holt can truly deliver a care pathway, offering different levels of care to meet changing needs of our residents.
