Lime Trees in Shrewsbury opened its doors in December 2022, providing a warm and welcoming home with all the finishing touches you would expect. Our facility features luxurious social spaces, attractive décor, and secure gardens that are freely accessible to residents. Each of our 66 en-suite bedrooms enables us to deliver person-centred care with dignity while promoting independence as much as possible.

At Lime Trees, we offer a variety of spacious communal areas where residents can relax, enjoy meals, and engage in activities. These areas include lounges, a dining room, and a hair salon. Residents love spending time in our beautifully landscaped gardens and patio, with some even taking part in maintaining the gardens and flowerbeds. Furthermore, all areas of the care home are wheelchair accessible.

Whether you wish to spend the day relaxing with friends and family, reminiscing, participating in one of our varied activities, or visiting a local place of interest, there is always something happening to ensure you have an enjoyable day. Our Activities Coordinators work hard to provide a diverse range of entertainment and pursuits for our residents.

Dining at Lime Trees is a delightful experience, thanks to our talented culinary team, who thoughtfully prepare fresh, nutritious meals using locally sourced ingredients. Residents enjoy three wholesome meals a day, along with mid-morning snacks and afternoon tea. Special occasions, such as birthdays and anniversaries, are celebrated with joy, featuring delicious cakes and themed culinary delights crafted by our chefs.
