Horfield Lodge, an Outstanding-rated care home in Bristol, offers residential, nursing and dementia care to 73 residents in a warm and welcoming environment. Our home is surrounded by greenery and set close to Bristol city centre, with a range of local shops and amenities located within easy reach. Whether you are in need of long-term or short-term care, we can support your needs.

All rooms at Horfield Lodge have an en suite wet room with a toilet and sink and some rooms enjoy beautiful garden views. We also have care suites which are one and two-bedroom apartments available for individuals or couples. This allows couples with differing unique care needs to remain living together.

We enjoy a schedule whole range of activities and events at Horfield Lodge, helping residents to explore their interests and discover new ones. From animal visits to armchair exercises, gardening, baking, flower arranging, arts and crafts, bingo, quizzes and church services, we will always try to find something for all of our residents.

There are a choice of communal lounges to relax with friends and family. Residents can unwind on our rooftop terrace, taking in stunning views of Horfield Common and the Severn Estuary, or enjoy the changing seasons in our lovely landscaped gardens with patios and outdoor seating. The home is also supported by a dedicated Chaplain who provides pastoral care and emotional support to residents, relatives and team members, regardless of their faith or beliefs

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Horfield Lodge is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites, and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
