Hazlemere Lodge

Hazlemere Lodge is a purpose-built care home for 64 older people. The home has large, beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with their own en-suite facilities and equipped with the latest technology.

At Hazlemere Lodge, we offer personalised care, tailored to an individual’s specific needs. Care and support can be stepped up or down as required. We can provide nursing care for 32 residents and care for up to 16 residents with dementia. The 16 rooms in our dementia living area are available for private payers or for people accessing the service through social services.

For our residents with dementia, it is really helpful if family members are able to support care-staff in putting together a Memory Book. Memory Books are a brilliant aide-memoire for residents and help them to share their life-stories with staff and fellow residents.

Before becoming a resident at Hazlemere Lodge our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
