Located in the charming market town of Burgess Hill, West Sussex, Forest View Care Home is a modern, purpose-built home set in a quiet and peaceful area close to local shops and public transport. Many of our residents come from the local community, and we take pride in maintaining strong community connections and fostering a genuine family atmosphere.

At Forest View, we offer dementia, residential, and respite care in a warm and homely environment, where residents are treated with the same care and affection as we would our own family members. Humour, compassion, and understanding are at the heart of our approach, creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere for everyone.

The home features 60 bright, comfortable bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, a telephone point, and a TV point. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms. Family members are welcome to help make their loved one’s space feel just right before they move in.

Fully wheelchair accessible with internet access and a passenger lift, Forest View has been thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of those living with dementia. Spacious communal areas, including lounges and dining rooms, encourage social interaction, while a wide hallway, often affectionately referred to as “the street”, hosts gentle exercise classes and group activities.

Residents can also enjoy the secure garden, which provides a peaceful outdoor retreat. Pet visits and pet therapy sessions bring smiles to everyone, alongside activities that support mental agility, music, and movement.

Meals are freshly prepared from scratch by our talented kitchen team, who cater for all dietary needs and preferences. Families are welcome to join loved ones for lunch, and many do so regularly.

We also have strong links with our local community, including Southway Junior School and The Meadows Surgery, as well as regular visits from District Nurses. This ensures residents remain connected, supported, and part of a wider network of care.
