Field House Residential Care Home

Field House is just four miles from the city of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire; we are situated in a tranquil village with lots of countryside surrounding us. Field House provides residential, dementia, respite, daycare, and end-of-life care.

At Field House, we provide a ‘home from home’ for our elderly relatives. Our home has a wonderful friendly atmosphere that is welcoming and family orientated. A local family ran the home for over 30 years, and in 2019, Field House was sold to new owners who are making significant improvements.

Field House can accommodate 49 residents, all with various care needs. All the rooms are spacious, light, and airy with a well-kept decore and look over the beautiful countryside and gardens. Most of our rooms also have ensuite facilities.

Our grounds are an excellent talking point; we have lots of greenery and flowers, an enclosed courtyard with benches, and a feature fountain. Field House has come a long way, starting as a GP surgery, then in 1989 transformed into an 11-bed care home. Over the years, the home was expanded, and in 2016 the final extension was completed allowing 49 beds and several activity rooms, lounges, and other resources for the residents.

At Field House, we have an open-door policy; relatives and friends of residents are always welcome here as we put family values at the heart of everything we do. We have a wonderful family feel at Field House, and we are dedicated ensure the highest quality of care is carried out. The home offers regular activities designed to support the residents’ physical and mental health needs.
