Set in a quiet suburb of Birmingham, the home overlooks Calthorpe Park. Many of the large, en-suite bedrooms have park views. Upstairs rooms have balconies while ground floor rooms have direct patio access.

The home is arranged into smaller suites, each with their own stylish dining and sitting rooms, to provide a home-from-home for residents.
