Charles Court Care Home in Hereford offers nursing and residential care for residents over the age of 65 with various healthcare needs. Our dedicated Care Assistants provide round-the-clock support, overseen by our experienced Management Team. Our purpose-built facility provides exceptional long-term care as well as short-term respite care.

We encourage residents to fully utilise our wheelchair-accessible shared areas, including lounges, the dining room, and our beautifully landscaped gardens. Residents are also invited to personalise their bedrooms to make them feel comfortable and settled. Each bedroom is equipped with en-suite facilities and a television point.

For residents with dementia, we find it beneficial when family members assist our care staff in creating a Memory Book. Memory Books serve as excellent aids for residents, enabling them to share their life stories with both staff and fellow residents.

Good nutrition and hydration are vital for maintaining health as we age. At Charles Court, we accommodate a range of dietary requirements, including specialised diets. Our home chefs work diligently to entice even the smallest appetites, and we always provide sweet treats to celebrate special occasions!

We encourage our residents to participate in our daily activities program, tailored to their interests, while also offering them new experiences. Whether you have been an avid cook or gardener all your life, we believe those passions should continue. Our care staff will be available to support you. Additionally, we often enjoy visits from therapy animals, arts and crafts sessions, and music activities.
