Ashworth Grange has all the finishing touches you would expect from a warm and welcoming home, with cosy fireplaces, attractive décor and freely accessible, secure, gardens. All 64 bedrooms are en-suite, enabling us to deliver person-centred care in a dignified manner, promoting independence as far as possible.

Unlike many care homes, we offer an inclusive fee which allows our residents to enjoy all our facilities and services without having to worry about extra costs, such as monthly hairdressing, regular chiropody appointments, use of all social spaces and access to all activities and trips, annual eye test and dental check and newspapers and magazines within the home. Our residents and their families find this gives them peace of mind and makes things much easier when dealing with finances.

Ashworth Grange’s varied menus of healthy meals all have a choice of options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. All food in the home uses the best locally sourced ingredients and is prepared freshly on-site.

Your stylish room comes equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, mini-fridge and telephone point so when you aren’t joining in with an activity in one of our beautiful day spaces, you can enjoy spending time in your room and keep in contact with friends and family whenever you wish.

We understand how difficult the decision to move into residential care can be for both you and your family. Our experienced team works together with you to ensure the process of moving into our home is as stress-free as possible so you quickly feel settled and at home in your new surroundings.

Ashworth Grange is able to support both permanent & respite stays for people over the age of 65. We are predominantly a private-funded care home but if you are funded by the Local Authority/NHS please do get in touch to discuss how we may be able to support you. Supporting residential and specialist dementia; dementia care is provided within our dementia neighbourhood. Ashworth Grange is registered for residential care only but our residents are supported with visits from the District & Community Nursing teams.
