Ardenlea Grove Nursing Home specialises in care for those with Alzheimer’s or other dementia-related conditions. Short stay care is offered, subject to availability, for convalescence or respite.

Purpose-built to offer homely comforts and safety to its residents, Ardenlea Grove has four homely furnished lounges, three of them with televisions as well as a quiet living room. All bedrooms are pleasantly decorated with a memory box outside to help those with declining cognitive ability.

The nutritious food menu is varied, with cold alternatives and light bites always available, as well as homemade cakes and mid-morning teas and coffees.

A varied programme of activities includes film mornings in the cinema room and ever popular Pets as Therapy dog visits. All activities are organised to suit residents’ abilities and interests.
