Admiral Court Care Home is a modern, 60-bedroom care home located between Leigh-on-Sea, Westcliff-on-Sea and Southend-on-Sea.

Residents can continue to have their weekly hair appointment at the luxurious ‘Hair Salon’ and meet with friends at the ‘Little Ship Pub’, enjoy watching a favourite movie in our state-of-the-art cinema, benefit from relaxing treats in our relaxing therapy room, visit our warm and vibrant café where residents can enjoy fresh coffee and homemade cakes and spend time in our beautiful landscaped gardens, with raised planters to enjoy a relaxing stroll.

We understand that keeping in touch with their loved ones is important for our residents, to maintain their relationships and keep a close connection. So we have various digital platforms such as iPads and Facebook Portal devices available, which allows loved ones to see photos, send messages and share videos, enabling our residents to communicate with loved ones regularly, no matter how far away you may be.

Our dementia environment here at Admiral Court Care Home is designed specifically to enhance the quality of life for residents living with dementia, offering stability, reassurance and familiarity. Our home includes a purpose-built room designed for those living with dementia called a ‘rummage room’ and an interactive kitchen and dining facilities, where residents are encouraged to take part in familiar activities, such as baking and the preparation of meals.

We are proud to have been finalists in the National Dementia Care Awards 2020 for ‘Dementia Care Team of the Year’. We have also been recognised nationally for our design innovations and are proud to have achieved an ORCHID award, showing we are successfully implementing all 11 aspects of Hallmark Care Homes’ dementia strategy.
