You'll find Haddon House Care Home in the heart of Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Here our team of registered nurses and well trained, dedicated care assistants provides excellent 24-hour care. All support staff are trained in person-centred dementia care, ensuring residents always feel accepted and understood. We've achieved the Quality Premium rating with our local authority.

Ours is a comfortable, purpose-built home on the main bus routes between Nottingham and Derby. It's just a five-minute walk to shops, banks and post office. Also close by is Victoria Park, a lovely relaxing area in which to take a stroll.

We have a spacious main lounge with large flat screen TV opening onto a patio, a smaller lounge where people sit quietly or listen to the radio, refurbished shower rooms and bathrooms, and a fully assisted bath. All bedrooms have under-floor heating, great safety systems, and aerial sockets for TVs. We love residents to personalise these spaces and to bring in favourite items of small furniture and pictures.

Here at Haddon House we offer a wide and varied daily activities programme which changes to make the most of the Great British seasons! Daily activities are planned for both morning and afternoon which take into account the interests of our residents. We also welcome community groups and schoolchildren into our home so residents can stay connected with their local community.
