Ultima Care & Nursing is dedicated to providing individuals in and around the Ashford, Folkestone, and Dover areas with the support they need to live comfortably at home. With over 30 years of experience in delivering person-centred care, we work closely with individuals and their families to eliminate any barriers that may prevent them from living safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Our trained carers can assist you with various aspects of your daily life that you may find challenging. For instance, if there are places you'd like to visit in and around Ashford, our carers can help you with that. We are passionate about the quality of care we provide, and this commitment is reflected in our staff. For many of our clients, maintaining connections with the local community and getting out and about is extremely important. The support we offer extends beyond the confines of your home!

At Ultima Care & Nursing, we provide support for a range of needs, including dementia care, end-of-life care, mental health support, respite care, spinal injury care, personal care, Parkinson's care, medication management, general household duties, nursing care, and rehabilitation support.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and all of our carers undergo thorough background checks and training. In 2019, our CQC report rated us as 'Good' overall. We have a strict recruitment and selection process that ensures all our experienced and qualified carers are DBS-checked, provide proof of identity, have written professional references, and possess a complete employment history.
