Chinite Home Care provides support for individuals of all ages in East London Boroughs, catering to a variety of healthcare needs in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to collaborate with individuals and their families to eliminate any barriers that may hinder a safe and comfortable living environment at home.

With over 30 years of experience in the care industry, every member of the Chinite Home Care team recognises the importance of listening to and understanding our clients, treating them with dignity and respect. We care for our clients with the same attention and compassion that we would provide to our own loved ones. All team members receive ongoing specialised training to ensure that your loved ones receive the best possible care.

At Chinite Home Care, we offer hourly support that ranges from 30 minutes to several visits per day. Our services are flexible, allowing us to assist clients on either a long-term basis or for short-term needs, such as covering for holidays or aiding in recovery after a hospital stay.

We are equipped to support individuals with a wide range of health needs, including autism, behaviours that may challenge, complex health conditions, dementia care, mental health issues, learning disabilities, palliative care, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. Our services include assistance with medication management, toileting, personal care, meal preparation, errands, housekeeping, appointments, and companionship.

Chinite Home Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the UK's regulatory body for care services. The CQC ensures that all care services are safe, well-led, effective, caring, and responsive.

Each of our clients receives a Care Plan tailored to their individual needs. We maintain open communication with our clients and their families and involve them in the care planning process whenever possible. We regularly review and adjust care plans as our clients' needs evolve.
