Our Care Manager and supervisor will regularly check that you are satisfied with the services that you receive from us. We share this information with the national regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for home care services. This statutory body has the responsibility for making sure home care services meet the requirements of the law and meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. CQC carries out periodic inspections to check our services. As part of these checks, they may directly ask our customers for feedback.

For the people in our care, we go above and beyond and back again. We make care personal to each and every client. And we show everyone - from customers and their families to the health professionals who work alongside us and each of our Bluebird colleagues - the ultimate respect and appreciation.

Our hourly fees depend upon the individual care requirements of a prospective client at Bluebird Care (Rushcliffe & Melton). We may be able to accept local authority funded clients and would be open to a conversation to discuss this further. We can support a broad selection of care requirements including dementia care and end of life care.
