Putting a loved one into respite care can be considered a stressful time for them, however, at TrustedCare we believe that this needn’t be the case. We believe that the right respite care will provide your loved one with a break that they can enjoy in a new and safe environment that has their best interests at heart and allows them to thrive.
Our easy-to-use online directory provides you with a variety of respite care providers allowing you to shortlist which best suit your needs. On each homes profile you can find all the relevant information that will affect your decision making such as ‘about’ the home, images, service-user reviews, map, list of care specialisms and the homes Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating.
For your peace of mind TrustedCare will only suggest respite care that is registered with the CQC and their ratings can be viewed easily on our website. These ratings are based on how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led the home is considered by a CQC inspector.
Another way we aim to make your experience as stress free as possible is by providing you with a Care Adviser who will be able to discuss your care requirements and then begin finding the ideal respite care for you, they can even book appointments on your behalf! Our Care Liaison team are available 7 days a week via phone, e-mail and live chat so do not hesitate to get in touch!
