Hamshaw Court

Hamshaw Court situated in the centre of Hull supports residents with residential, respite and end of life care in a supportive, loving environment. The world-famous Deep Aquarium is nearby along with traditional museums showing the story of Hull.

We have a variety of communal areas at Hamshaw Court including comfy lounges, day rooms, a dining room, a large lawn, a wheelchair-accessible patio and a sensory garden. All of the bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities and we encourage residents to personalise their rooms to their taste. We have bird tables, raised flower beds and plenty of seating areas in our gardens.

Dining is an occasion to look forward to here at Hamshaw Court and our dining room is warm and welcoming. The tables are laid with beautiful fresh flowers and linen and our menus are on display to show the choices available. Residents are encouraged to eat in the dining room but can choose to eat in their own room if they wish.

At Hamshaw Court, we have a busy activities schedule planned by our Activities Coordinator. Activities include regular day trips to local attractions, massages, music therapy and visits from the local community and schools. We have 2 regular hairdressers who visit weekly to spruce up our residents' hair dos.
