South Haven Lodge

South Haven Lodge care home, in Woolston, Southampton, is a bright welcoming place, with the capacity to care for up to 45 older residents who require residential, nursing care or who are living with dementia.

The interior of the home is homely, offers three living areas, open plan dining room, and the lovely gardens provide the perfect space for you to relax in.

Our team of carers and nurses are committed to providing excellent care, understanding you’re unique, maintaining your person-centred care plan, encouraging participation in the calendar of activities and events and delivering delicious meals.

Many of our residents with dementia particularly enjoy our reminisce sessions and our staff love getting to hear about the varied lives of each of our residents. Family members are also very much encouraged to come and join in with our dementia-friendly activities.

Before becoming a resident at South Haven Lodge our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
