Oak Lodge alsoorganises themed events on a monthly basis, providing opportunities for residents to engage with one another and invite their loved ones to partake in shared experiences.
Prior to admission, our dedicated Management Team conducts thorough Care Needs Assessments, working closely with prospective residents and their families to understand their unique requirements and preferences, thereby ensuring personalized and tailored support every step of the way.
If you've been granted funding from Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding, we will be able to support you at Oak Lodge because we are a registered nursing home. Our cost per week greatly depends upon the complexity of a prospective residents care needs which will be determined by a Care Needs Assessment. We are able to support individuals with a wide range of care requirements.
