Cranford Care Centre

Cranford Nursing Home offers first-class care for the elderly on a permanent or respite basis, delivered by highly trained professionals in lovely comfortable surroundings. The outstanding care home is set within a beautifully renovated period property, offering spacious interiors and a homely environment where the residents can fully relax. The home has lovely gardens and has good access to local amenities.

Friends and family are welcome at any time, hot drinks and snacks are always available and guests are invited to share meals with residents. The resident cook prepares three nutritious meals a day and the menu changes regularly to reflect seasonal produce.

There is an outstanding activities programme designed by Diamond House’s Activities Coordinator around the resident’s interests, including: quizzes, sing-alongs, reminiscence therapy, indoor games, arts and crafts, baking and wherever possible trips out and about.

All the residents at Cranford Care Centre have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
